Appetizer — Rice Crackers with Hummus, Basil and Grape Tomato

Quick to make, and easy for guests to handle.


  • Thin Rice Crackers
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • Hummus with lemon juice and garlic
  • Small Grape Tomatoes


  1. Arrange the Rice Crackers on a large plate.
  2. Place 1/2 tsp Hummus on each cracker.
  3. Place a medium-sized or 1/2 large-sized Basil leaf on top of the Hummus, and press down lightly.
  4. Cut the Grape Tomatoes in half.
  5. Place 1/2 of a Grape Tomato, cut side down, on top of each Basil leaf.
  6. Serve.
